Requesting the copy of a facility at the enterprise level

Use the YMS Copy Facility page to request to copy the facility that takes place in the background. The copy log is where the background job logs the results.

  1. Select Facility > Enterprise.
  2. Select Facility Setup > Copy Facility to open the YMS Copy Facility page.
  3. Specify this information on the Enterprise and Facility Data tab:
    From Facility
    Select the location of the From facility.
    To Facility
    Select the location of the To facility.
    Submit Date
    Specify the date that the copy was submitted.
    User
    Specify the identification of the user.
  4. Specify this information on the Log tab:
    Status
    Select the status of the log. These values are valid:
    • Complete
    • Error
    • Processing
  5. Click Save.
