Adding a new report configuration at the enterprise level

  1. Select Facility > Enterprise.
  2. Select Administration > Report Management to open the YMS Enterprise Report Configuration page.
  3. Click New to access the Report Management detail view.
  4. Specify this information on the Reports tab:
    Facility
    Select the facility from the list of facilities.
    Report ID
    Specify the ID for the report.
    Report Title
    Specify the value for the report title.
    Report Type
    Select the report type. These values are valid:
    • Default Report
    • Yard Report
    • Trailer Report
    • Loading Report
    • Carrier Report
    Category
    Select a category for the report. This value is valid:
    • Shipping
    • Revenue
    • Invoice
    Base Report
    Select this check box to specify that this report is a base report.
    Access Control
    Select a predefined access control. This value is valid:
    • Home Page
    • Not Displayed
    • Reports List
    Default Printer
    Select the value for the default printer.
    Print Options
    Select the print options for this report. These values are valid:
    • Display Only
    • Display and Print
    • Print Only
  5. Specify this information on the Report URL’s and Comments:
    Report URL
    Specify the value for the report URL.
    Infor Report URL
    Specify the value for the Infor report URL.
    Report Comments
    Specify the value for the report comments.
  6. Click Save.
