Adding new translations

  1. Select Facility > Enterprise.
  2. Select Administration > Translations to open the YMS Enterprise BOD Translations page.
  3. Click New to access the BOD Translation detail view.
  4. Specify this information on the Translation Set tab:
    Translation BOD
    Select the BOD from the list of received BODs.
    Translation ID
    Specify the BOD token for the translation ID.
    Translation ID Description
    Specify the description for the translation ID.
    ION External Value
    Select the value for ION external value. Any time the indicated BOD contains the XML token that matches the translation ID and this ION external value, the BOD is replaced with the specified YMS internal value.
    YMS Internal Value
    Select the value for the YMS internal value to replace the BOD token that matches the ION external value.
    Sequence
    Specify the value for the sequence. If the combination of BOD, Translation ID, and ION External Value is configured more than once, then Sequence must be used to determine which YMS internal value to use.
  5. Click Save.
