Adding a new task at the facility level
      - 
            Select a facility from the 
			 Facility field.

            Select 
			  to open the
			 YMS Facility Tasks page.

            Click 
			 New to access the Tasks
			 detail view.
		  
         
 
- 
            Specify this information in the YMS Facility Task:
		  
            
			            
                  
                     - Task type
				  
 
                     - Select the task type. These values are valid:
					 
                           - 
                              Move
						                     
 
                           - 
                              Status change
						                     
 
                           - 
                              Inspection
						                     
 
                        
				                  
                  
                  
                     - Equipment ID
				  
 
                     - Select the equipment ID. You can select the ellipsis button
					 to view equipment details and to select an equipment ID.
				  
 
                  
                  
                     - Inspection level
				  
 
                     - This field is available when you select 
					 Inspection for the
					 task type. Select the inspection level to indicate the inspection questions to
					 be answered for that inspection task. These values are valid:

                              Level 1 (Casual) 
 
                           - 
                              Level 2 (Moderate) 
 
                           - 
                              Level 3 (Detailed) 
 
                           - Level 4 (Comprehensive)
 
                        
				                  
                  
                  
                     - Priority
				  
 
                     - This field is available when you select 
					 Inspection or 
					 Move as the task type. The priority is
					 defaulted based on the task type. You can specify a different priority.
				  
 
                  
                  
                     - To Location Type Filter
				  
 
                     - This field is available when you select Move as the task type. Select a value to
                        filter the list of locations. Only locations in the facility with the
                        selected location type are displayed.
 
                  
                  
                     - To Location Name
				  
 
                     - This field is available when you select 
					 Move as the task type. Select the
					 location. This location is a value from the enterprise location type page and
					 is used to filter the To location name.
				  
 
                  
                  
                     - Auto Complete In – Move Task
				  
 
                     - This field is available when you select 
					 Move as the task
					 type. Specify the time period in which the move should automatically be
					 completed when the time has expired.
				  
 
                     - A move can be completed by an operator in these cases:
					 
                           - The driver remains with the
                              equipment 
 
                           - A yard jockey or shunter
                              moves the equipment to the destination location 
 
                           - Inspection task
						  must be completed by an operator and cannot be automatically completed.
						
 
                        
				                  
                  
                  
                     - To Equipment Status
				  
 
                     - This field is available when you select 
					 Status Change as the task type. Select
					 the status value which is the status the equipment is to be updated with when
					 the specified timing interval has elapsed.
