Prerequisites

Ensure that you have installed these necessary software before proceeding with the installation:

• Java Development Kit (JDK) 17 or later

  This installer applies to on-premise customers only.

  To run the 2026.04 installer:

  1. Install JDK 17 or later.

     The latest JDK 17 or later version is available at https://www.oracle.com/java/technologies/javase/jdk17-0-13-later-archive-downloads.html.

  2. Set the JAVA_HOME environment variable to point to the installed JDK directory.
  3. Run the installer.
  Note: To run an installer for pre-2026.04 versions, you must install JDK 1.8 and set JAVA_HOME to point to the JDK 1.8 installation directory.
• SQL Server Management Studio (for SQL Server only)
  Note:  The patch version upgrade is done only after installing the base version of the Infor Expense Management application.
• Visual C++ runtime 2010 and 2015.
