Supported platforms

The ETL tool runs on Windows and UNIX based systems using scripts that are available to start the tool, for each platform. The installation of the tool also comes with a Java Runtime Environment (JRE). However, if another version of JRE is used in the system, the same version must be compliant to Java 17 (Amazon Corretto 17 recommended) or later. Java 1.8 is not supported from release 2026.x.

The instructions in this document are applicable to the UNIX and Windows platforms.
