Mobile Application Management (MAM)

Infor XM application supports Mobile Application Management (MAM) beginning with release 4.0.4

Microsoft Intune Mobile Application Management helps protect organizational data accessed through the Infor XM mobile application. MAM applies security and data-protection policies to the application without requiring the organization to manage the entire personal device.

MAM setup includes these configurations:

• Microsoft Entra ID configuration: Registers Infor XM Mobile and grants API permissions required to integrate with Microsoft identity and application management services. See, Configuring Microsoft Entra ID.
• Microsoft Intune configuration: Defines the app protection policy, data-transfer restrictions, access requirements, and conditional launch settings. See, Configuring Microsoft Intune.
• Infor Expense Management configuration: Configures the MAM application parameters in the System Administration Tool (SAT). See, Configuring MAM in SAT.
