Performing a selective wipe

Perform a selective wipe when a device is lost or a user no longer requires access to organizational data.

A selective wipe removes Infor Expense organizational data without uninstalling the application or removing personal data from the device.

Select Apps > Managed apps > App selective wipe in the Microsoft Intune admin center.
Click Create wipe request.
Select the user whose organizational data must be removed.
Select the device from which to wipe company data. Only devices on which the employee has signed in to the app are listed.
Create the wipe request.

The wipe occurs the next time the application checks in. If the device is offline, the wipe occurs after the device reconnects. Personal data on the device is not affected. Only organizational data within Infor XM application is removed.
