Uploading receipts

You can upload receipts to an expense report. Click Attach Receipts on the Receipts Attach Reminder page. The Attach Receipts page is displayed.

  1. Select a receipt to attach and click Attach Receipts. The application scans the attachment in the background to detect viruses. An error message is displayed, if a virus is detected in the uploaded receipt. Contact the system administrator to enable this feature.
    Note: By default, the virus scan time out value is set to 10,000 milli seconds. You can configure this value, using the receipts.virusscan.timeout application parameter. See, Infor Expense Management System Administration Tool User Guide - Application Parameters.
  2. Click Done. The Receipts For All Expenses page is displayed.
  3. Click Close.

    You can also use this page to select existing receipts, using the Receipt Store option.
