Defining security permissions for activities

The authorized individuals have the access to participate in an activity related to control and security.

Participation is based on these criteria:

Criteria	Definition
Hierarchy	For example, the company's organization chart. The participation is based on hierarchy and is common for activities such as Managerial Review.
Group	Membership in a group. For example, only authorized people in the accounting department can participate in an Accounting Review activity.
Specific users	For example, participation is limited to the CFO for an activity such as CFO Review.

The security in the Expense Management application is designed and customized based on the company requirements.
