Adding a proxy creator

You can use the Proxy Create tab to review information for a selected proxy user. The tab is divided into two sections:

The top section displays a list of users authorized as a proxy creator for a selected user.
The bottom section displays a list of users for whom the selected user is authorized as a proxy creator.

Use the top section to add users who are authorized as proxies for the current user. The proxy creators can create documents only for the selected applications.

Select Manage > Users > User Information.
Click Find to select a user.
Click the Proxy Create tab.
Select the check boxes corresponding to the documents a proxy is permitted to submit and send a response to request for more information. This setting applies to all the selected proxy users
Click Add Proxy. The Add Proxy screen is displayed.
Specify this information:
Application

The application modules for which a proxy user is authorized to create documents.

Can Submit
Indicate whether the document is submitted by the proxy user. Possible values:
- Yes
- No
From Date

The date from when the proxy user can start creating documents.

To Date

The date till when the proxy user can create documents.
Note: You must consider these options when specifying the dates:
- The To Date cannot be earlier than the From Date.
- The From Date must be current date or later.
- The To Date must be current date or later.
Click Add User. The Adding User window is displayed.
Click Find to display a list of users.
Select a user and click Pick Selected. The selected user is added as a proxy.

Note: You can also click Pick All to select multiple users.
Click OK.

Use the bottom section to add users and user groups for whom the selected user is a proxy creator. Click Add User or Add User Group and perform steps 6-10 to add users or user groups. The selected proxy user is authorized as a proxy for all users in the group.
Click Update to save the data.
