Updating corporate data using bulk edits

You can modify these corporate data types simultaneously using the Bulk Edit option:
  • Reporting Period.
  • Timesheet Profile.
  • TS Overtime Method.
  • Work Schedule.
  1. Select Manage > Corporate Data.
  2. Select one of these corporate data types:
    • Reporting Period
    • Timesheet Profile
    • TS Overtime Method
    • Work Schedule
  3. Specify the information you want to update in the applicable fields.
  4. Click Find.
    For example, select Bi-Weekly in the Type field, if you want to update all the bi-weekly reporting periods. All the reporting periods that meet the criteria are displayed.
  5. Click Clear to clear the reporting period data fields.
  6. Modify the information to be updated for all the filtered reporting periods.
  7. Click Bulk Edit. The changes are applicable to every reporting period in the list.
