Providing additional information for a returned timesheet

You can provide additional information on the timesheets that have been returned.

  1. Tap Report on the home screen.
  2. Tap Timesheets. The Timesheets screen displays a list of all the timesheets created by you.
  3. Tap on the timesheet for which you require to provide additional information. The Timesheet Summary screen for the selected week is displayed.
  4. Review the entries. Add additional information for the entire document in the note section at the bottom of the screen.
    Note: You can also tap on a line item to provide additional information for each time card.
  5. Tap Save.
  6. Review and acknowledge exceptions, if any.
  7. Click Save or Submit the timesheet for approval.
