Using charge code precedence

To create a timesheet using the charge code precedence, ensure that the value of the ts.cc.mob.precedence application parameter is set to False (default). When the value of this parameter is set to True, cost center precedence is applied.

The ts.DefaultTimeCode application parameter determines the default time code applied to the timesheet.

  1. Tap Charge Code on the Timesheet Entry screen. The Time Card screen is displayed.
  2. Specify the required values in the time in and time out fields or specify the hours based on the charge code of the product. You must also specify additional details such as charge type, role, and cost center.
  3. Tap (+) on the top-right to add additional time cards for the other products that you have worked on during the selected week. The selected combination applies to all days in the selected week.
  4. Tap Add Timesheet Card. The Timesheet Entry screen is displayed.
  5. Tap Next. The Timesheet Summary screen for the selected week is displayed.
  6. Review the entries. You can also add notes for the entire timesheet document at the bottom of the screen.
  7. Tap a line item to view the Time Card screen and modify the values, if required. You can also perform these tasks on the Time Card screen:
    • Scroll through the dates, using the date bar at the top to review the entries
    • Tap + to add additional time cards
    • Tap Note to add a note for each time card. Additionally,you can also add notes for the entire timesheet document on the Timesheet Summary screen.
    • Tap Delete to remove an existing time card.
  8. Tap Save.
  9. Review and acknowledge exceptions, if any.
  10. Click Save or Submit the timesheet for approval.
