Copying new content from SMD space to content spaces

You must follow these steps to copy new content from SMD space to content spaces.

  1. Navigate to the Birst 2.0 home page.
  2. Select Admin at the bottom of the panel.
  3. Select Orchestration > Application Workflow..
  4. Create the Updates for 10.3.2 application flow.
    Note: You can also name the new application workflow as per your convenience. However, the specified name helps to identify and provide a better understanding.
  5. Select infor.xm-analytics-dl-smd-birst.xm-analytics-dlsmdbirst as the Source Application and infor.xm-analytics-dl-birst.xm-analytics-dlbirst as the Target Application from the list.
  6. Click Add a new step.
  7. Click + to add a new task.
  8. Specify these values in the corresponding fields:

  9. Click Add a new step.
  10. Specify these values in the corresponding fields:

  11. Click Add a new step and specify these values in the corresponding fields.

  12. Click Add a new step specify these values in the corresponding fields.

  13. Click Add a new step and specify this information.

  14. Click Save.
  15. Click the Updates for 10.3.2 application workflow name list and click Run Workflow.
  16. Wait for the workflow to finish running.
  17. Click Run History to confirm that the workflow is successful.
