Adding time items
You can add line item details to the timesheet. Click Add Item on the Items tab.
- 
				Specify this data in the Standard Information section:
				
- Charge Code
 - The code of the project for which the hours are charged. You can also click the Find project option to search for a charge code.
 - Date
 - The date on which hours are logged.
 - Hours
 - The hours logged on the specified date.
 - Charge Type
 - The charge type for the project. Possible values:
- Billable
 - Non-billable
 - Overhead
 
Note: To configure the other charge types, contact the System Administrator. 
 - 
				Specify this data in the Additional Information section:
				
- Role
 - The title or the name of the position.
 - Cost Center
 - The internal code to which the hours are charged. You can also click the Find Cost Center option to search for a cost center.
 
 - Specify additional information related to the timesheet in the Notes section, if required.
 - Click Save.
 - Continue adding line items to complete the timesheet for the selected period.
 - 
				Click Save.
				
You can also use this page to:
- Search for a cost center, using the Find Cost Center option.
 - Search for a project, using the Find project option.
 - Review project details, using the Project Details option.
