Accepting a warning

Warning messages are displayed if the information provided in the document header or the line item does not adhere to the company's business policy.

You can click the View Policy link to view the policy information.

If a warning message is displayed when creating a document, you can:

• Click Next to ignore the warning message.
• Click Back to modify the information.

If a warning message is displayed for existing documents, you must perform these actions:

• Click the Exceptions tab on the document details page.
• Review and resolve the exception before submitting the document.
