Specifying different work locations for the same day using the Items tab

You can specify different work locations for the same project on the same day.

To specify different work locations for the same day using the Items tab:

  1. Click a timesheet document on the My Documents tab. The Edit Time Items page is displayed.
  2. Click Save and select the Items tab.
  3. Click Add Time Item or select the check box corresponding to a line item and click Copy Item.
    Note: If you copy a time entry, you must update the date because the timesheets application increments the date of the copied time entry by one business day.
  4. Specify a work date.
  5. Specify the hours for the work date.
  6. Select a work location in the Additional Information section.
  7. Click Save.
