Modifying a document

  1. Click the document on the My Documents tab. The details of the document are displayed.
  2. Click the line item to be edited. The details of the line item are displayed.
  3. Modify the required data.
    Note: The expense type can be modified using the Change Expense Type option.
  4. Click Save to save the line item. You can also click Save-Next to modify next line item, if any.
    Note: You must enable the lineItem.showSaveNextButton application parameter to view the Save-Next option. You can prefix a role to this application parameter to enable the option for a specific role. For example, audit.lineItem.showSaveNextButton.
