Delinquent Timesheets

If any user has submitted a TS, there should be an expectation that they will submit future TS until they terminate. A report of active users with missing TS would be very useful, as would a feature that prevents users from submitting any TS if they have missing TS from an earlier period.

The report provides this information:

• User Name
• Period Start
• Period End
