Payment Requests by Organization

This report details the amount spent by payment requests by each level in the organization. This provides management insight into requested expenditures for comparison against the budget. The report answers these questions:

• How much is being spent by payment requests by each level in the organization?
• Which are the high amount purchases (by Tracking and PO numbers)?
• What are we spending on specific commodities?
• How much money are we spending or planning to spend on specific commodities at the company level?

You are required to specify this information:

• Submission date range
• Currency (displayed if report currency is not applicable)
• Report currency (displayed if applicable and is an optional prompt)
