ER Expenses by Organization

This report provides the total expenses by category for an organization. The report can help you answer these questions:

• Who spent the most on which travel category?
• Who spent the most by department?
• Who spent the most by expense report tracking number?

You are required to specify this information:

• Line item transaction from date
• Line item transaction to date
• Currency (displayed if report currency is not applicable)
• Report currency (displayed if applicable and is optional)

Additional filters include:

• Excludes Personal Line Items
• Excludes Documents in Create Activity
• Excludes line items not allocated to a level in the organization, such as project allocations

Drill down by:

• Expense Category
• Organization hierarchy
