This report provides detailed information about the PTO balance of each employee. This report must be available to a restricted audience, provided the sensitive nature of the data.
The report answers these questions:
- What types of Paid Time Off have employees taken or reported?
 - What PTO balances do employees currently have remaining?
 - How many hours of PTO have employees accrued to date?
 
The report provides this information:
- Employee Name
 - Name
 - Absence Type
 - Hours Taken to Date
 - Current Available Hours
 - Hours Accrued to Date
