Conflicting override settings
The application parameters are modified in the alwf_appl_parameters table.
You can override a parameter with:
- The extensity-appserver.properties file.
- The command line parameters used when starting the JVM.
- Corporate data type application parameter overrides. When determining the application parameter setting to use, the command line takes the highest precedence, followed by the extensity-appserver.properties file, and the alwf_appl_parameters table.
Modifications performed in the Infor SAT application can be ignored because of an overriding parameter with a higher precedence. Infor SAT cannot determine the actual value.
For example, the bkgProcService.log directory that must be set to a convenient directory in the extensity-appserver.properties file, is set to '.' (dot) in thealwf_appl_parameters table. Therefore, the Infor SAT application is unable to locate the log files.
