Understanding credit card feeds
The credit card feed is an optional feature. If this feature is installed for your company, you can attach transactions from a company credit card directly to your expense reports instead of specifying them manually.
The Credit Card Import Tool imports credit card data supplied by the credit card company to the Expense Management database. The data is then available on the Credit Card Transactions screen. See Credit card feeds.
The Open Financial Exchange (OFX) feature enables you to import expenses
from a personal credit card. The system imports all the selected transactions
and saves the transactions in an OFX file to the
alcc_transaction
database table.
Note: You must download the OFX formatted file from your personal bank or
credit card company website prior to running this feature.
