Administrator log

All actions that a system administrator completes in the Infor Expense Management System Administration Tool application are logged to the database. You must have permission to view the administrator log.

Note: You must delete part of the log files, as the size of the log files increases over the time.

You can view an administrator log:

  1. Select Manage > Servers > Servers > Administrator Log.
  2. Click Find to view all logs.
  3. Specify this information to sort the list:
    Administrator ID
    An ID to display the log of actions performed by a specific administrator. Do not specify any value to display the actions for all administrators.
    Action
    An action to display the log of a specific action performed by the administrators. For example, Work Item Edited, User Info Updated, or Business Rule Deactivated.
    Note:  You can select All to display all the actions performed by the administrators.
    From Date
    The date from which the action starts.
    To Date
    The date up to which the action ends.
    From Time
    The time from which the action starts.
    To Time
    The time up to which the action ends.
    Data Type
    A data type of the log.
    Description
    The description of the log.
  4. Click the column name to sort the list.
