Adding user mileage

The user mileage information is used to calculate the cumulative number of miles or kilometers traveled. This mileage rate is set when Distance Low and Distance High are defined for the mileage rate.

  1. Select Manage > Users > User Information.
  2. Click Find to select a user.
  3. Select the User Mileage tab.
  4. Specify this information:
    Default Mileage Rate
    The default mileage rate.
    Default Commute Miles/Kms
    The cumulative number of miles or kilometers traveled.
  5. Click Add to save the data.
  6. Click Update to modify an existing mileage rate by selecting the existing mileage period.
