Granting activity permissions

You must provide permissions to a new group to review documents in the new activity after creating the activity and assigning a group to that activity. Activity permissions are set in the wf_activity_pemissions table.

  1. Save the wf_activity_pemissions.txt file to the Custom data directory.
  2. Open the table. The columns include this information:
    Activity ID
    The BOb ID of the activity permission.
    Access Permission ID
    The BOb ID of the activity.
    User ID
    The BOb ID of the user with permission for the activity. This information is applicable in case of a single user activity.
    Group ID
    The BOb ID of the group with permission for the activity.
  3. Create an entry for granting permission to the new Audit Group to view the documents in the Audit Review activity.
    Your entry must be similar to: 1001001052|1001001050| |1001001051
  4. Save the data in the table.
