Example: Cost center based routing
Rule: A document is routed to a default reviewer of the user's cost center, if:
- A default reviewer does not exist, the document is routed to an alternate reviewer.
- An alternate reviewer does
not exist, the document is routed to the exception activity specified in the
template with a document note attached.
Note: This condition applies to the Infor Expense Report, Infor Payment Request, Infor Travel Plan, and Infor TimeSheet.
- A user's default cost center has a valid active reviewer.
- The default cost center is not associated with a valid active reviewer, the work item is sent to the Exception Handling Queue with a note attached to the work item to indicate the missing reviewer.
The default and the alternate reviewer of the cost center is validated.
The rule is not considered, if the user is one of the reviewers of the cost center, either default or alternate. If user 'A ' is a reviewer of the cost center and user 'A' submits a document, then the document must not go to the same person.
