Deactivating or reactivating a credit card

You can deactivate or reactivate a credit card.

  1. Select Manage > Users > User Information.
  2. Click Find to select a user.
  3. Click Credit Card. The Credit Card details screen is displayed.
  4. Select a credit card to change the status of the credit card account:
    • From Active to Inactive.
    • From Inactive to Active.
  5. Click Update.
  6. Click Done to save the data.
