Provide Information When Document is Changing WF Activity template
Use this template to create business rules that prompts a user to provide more details about why they rejected a document. A user input screen is displayed for the user to respond to the request for more information.
These parameters are displayed on the Parameters tab of the Edit Business Rules screen.
- Title of the Screen for User Input
- Specify the title of the user input screen that is to display when the user rejects a document.
- Instruction for User Input on the Screen
- Specify any instructions that you want the user to view for the user input screen. For example, Describe why you are rejecting this document:
- External Key
- Optionally, specify a unique ID. If your company uses the Expense Management Import tool to populate the Expense Management database, external keys are imported into the database automatically. See the Infor Expense Management System Administration Tool User Guide.
