Electronic Signature Policy template
Use this template to add a user's electronic signature to a document.
class_name = largesoft.br.rules.system.ElectronicSignature
These parameters are displayed on the Parameters tab of the Edit Business Rules screen.
- Signature Type
- Select when an electronic signature is required.
- Reason
- Specify a reason why a signature is required for the document.
- External Key
- Optionally, specify a unique ID. If your company uses the Expense Management Import tool to populate the Expense Management database, external keys are imported into the database automatically. See the Infor Expense Management System Administration Tool User Guide.
Example 1: All timesheets must be signed when submitted
