Document Element Required template
Use this template to require that a specific field have a value. You can use this template to create a business rule that requires a purpose or a title for all expense reports or travel plans.
- Element
- Select the field that is required.
- External Key
- Optionally, specify a unique ID. If your company uses the Expense Management Import tool to populate the Expense Management database, external keys are imported into the database automatically. See the Infor Expense Management System Administration Tool User Guide.

You can create a business rule for Infor ER or Infor TP. This example shows the possible values for this business rule.
