Adjust Per Diem Amounts template
Use this template to create a business rule that splits the per diem rates for an expense type with multiple locations on the same day. Also, if the document has been created offline, it fills in the per diem amounts.
For each expense line item that has per diem expense type, this business rule determines the per diem amount. If the amount is different from the amount in the line Item, then it updates the amount in the line Item.
For expense report line Items with same expense type on the same day, the business rule performs one of these actions as specified in its parameters:
- 0: Do not change the amounts for multiple locations
- 1: Split amount equally
- 2: Use time configuration to split amounts for multiple locations
To do this, the per diem expense type should have an associated time configuration BOb.
Parameters
The Adjust Per Diem Amounts template has one parameter. Select a value:
- Do not change amounts for multiple locations
- Split multiple locations equally
