Not Defined template
Some business rules do not use a template. In some cases, the business
rules are actually background processes that use the business rule
infrastructure to send a message to the user. When the background process finds
an invalid code, it attaches a business rule violation such as invalid,
explanation, or warning, to the line item.
Caution:
You cannot create a new version of a business rule
that does not have a template. For assistance with business rules and templates
that are not defined, contact your Professional Services Organization
representative.
