Example of parameters

Use the Preferred Vendor Policy template to create a Car Rental Vendor Policy rule. The expense type is Car Rental and the selected vendors are HiredCar, BudgetCar, and Len's Limo.

In Interact Msg of the String tab, you could specify:

are the preferred vendors. Please explain why you did not use one of these vendors.

Place your cursor at the beginning of the text string and specify the parameters. When you are finished, the completed interactive message could be displayed as:

<LensLimo>, <BudgetCar>, and <HiredCar> are the
preferred <Car Rental> vendors. Please explain why you did
not use one of these vendors.

To the employee, the message displays like this:

Len's Limo, BudgetCar, and HiredCar are the preferred Car Rental vendors.
Please explain why you did not use one of these vendors.
