Project Codes with non-existent parents

This problem is displayed when a project charge code refers to a parent that does not exist. This prevents that project charge code and the linked children from migrating to the reporting database. This error can be detected from the transactional database by identifying the project codes for which the parent project codes are not null, and the parent project codes do not match any of the project charge codes.
