Running migration for SaaS customers

The migration runs automatically at the time when the Expense Management application server starts and no separate setup is required. Since the auto-migration script runs at the time when the Expense Management application server starts, the run time must not be long. If the size is greater than 10000 rows, the table is skipped and a warning is logged.
