Auditing timesheet item details

Use the Items tab to review items.

For each item, you can perform these tasks:

  • Modify charge code, charge type, dates, and additional information
  • Modify the approved hours
  • Review or add notes
  • Sort items
  1. From the Inbox, click the Documents for Review tab.
  2. Click the timesheet item or option.
  3. Click the Items tab. The list of items is displayed.
  4. Sort the items, if required.

  5. Click an item link to edit the item. You can perform these actions:
    • Approve the hours.
    • Review or add notes.
    • Review exceptions for the timesheet.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Click Approve. Specify your User ID and Password and click Continue.
