Accessing Infor Expense Management from a mobile device

You must specify the URL of the Infor Expense Management application in the device's browser. The Infor Expense Management application detects the mobile device and displays the relevant screens.

Note:  To access the Infor Expense Management Mobile application from the mobile device, you must perform these tasks:
  • Use the ION API for Authentication option to log on to the Infor Expense Management Mobile application with the Infor Ming.le credentials. To use this option, the Infor Expense Management application must be configured to Infor Ming.le. See the Infor Expense Management Integration Guide for Ming.le to configure the Infor Expense Management application.
  • Use the Developer Logs option to view the logs. We recommend this action for troubleshooting or debugging.
  1. Download the Infor Expense Management mobile application from the Android Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.
  2. On the Settings screen, specify the URL to access Infor Expense Management.
  3. Click Save.
  4. Log on to the application.
