Capturing and saving a receipt

You can capture and save an image of a receipt from the application or the phone’s camera. The captured image of the receipt can be saved for later or used to create an expense immediately.

To capture or save a receipt:

  1. Tap on the Infor Expense application screen to capture an image of a receipt.
  2. Tap the Capture Receipt option.
  3. Capture the photo of the receipt with your camera.

    You can also tap to upload an image from the saved images.

    Note: Receipts captured, using the phone camera or uploaded through the Expense Management web application, are automatically synchronized with the server. You can use the receipts when using the web application or the mobile application.
  4. Tap Save Receipt for Later. The image is saved to the Unattached Receipts section on the Infor Expense application screen.
  5. Tap the Send to Optical Scan option to scan and save the receipt for future use.
    Note: This option is displayed only if you are assigned to the OCR role.
