Adding an expense of type Entertainment

The expense incurred on entertainment.

To add the Entertainment expense type:

  1. Tap the Start Expense option. The Expense Type window is displayed.
  2. Click the Entertainment expense type.
  3. Specify this information:
    Amount
    The expense amount. Tap the currency list to select the appropriate currency.
    Do Not Reimburse (Personal)
    The option to exclude personal expenses.
    Establishment
    The name of the vendor.
    Purpose
    The purpose of the expense.
    Payment Type
    The payment method by which a transaction is completed.
    Guests
    The name of the guests. You can also add self
    Note
    Notes related to the expenses.
  4. Click Save.
