Troubleshooting the data flow

After the completion of the integration, if the data is not flowing through the system, you can search for problems in these areas:

• Use the ION error functionality to find failures related to the BOD structure. For example, a message has an invalid format, or is missing a mandatory field. Refer to The Error BODs subsection in the ION Administration Guide.
• Use ION Logging to display processed BODs.
