Appendix A Troubleshooting
If data is not flowing between the systems, an error might exist in the configuration with ION. See the Infor OS configuration guides for the integrated products.
If you receive error messages, see the error message descriptions for this integration.
Error Messages
Problem | Cause | Solution |

Updates or additions in Infor GHR are not displayed in Expense Management. | The BOD is not received in ION. | If the BOD is not received, check the Queue Viewer in ION. If the routing between Infor Expense Management and GHR is correct, check the Routing Modeler in ION. Verify ION configuration details. See Infor Expense Management Configuration Guide for Infor ION. |
The update is rejected by Expense Management. | Verify if errors are logged in ION and resolve the errors. In ION, select Connect > Manage > Error BODs. | |
The field is not part of the integration. | Verify if the field is included in the mapping in Cross BOD Mapping and Descriptions - Infor Expense Management with Infor GHR. | |
A specific field is not updated in Infor Expense Management. | The BOD is not published in Expense Management. | Verify the BOD integration setup in Expense Management. See Infor Expense Management Configuration Guide for Infor ION. |
Updates or additions in GHR are not reflected in Infor Expense Management. | The BOD is not received by Infor Expense Management, but is published by ION. The BOD is received by Infor Expense Management, but it is not processed. | Verify ION configuration details. See Infor Expense Management Configuration Guide for Infor ION. Access the ION Inbound Messages tab in Infor Expense Management. If a message exists, verify the process status of the message. If the message is processed, check the logger object for any errors.
