Reviewing the signed receipts in Expense Management
The Expense Report receipt signed and validated through DocuSign can be reviewed and downloaded.
A signed receipt can only be reviewed or downloaded by a user assigned to the User role or a Pre-Pay Auditor role.
The signed receipt can be reviewed from the Search Document tab and the Manage Receipts tab.
- From Search Document tab
- Log on to Expense Management.
 - Click Search Document to locate the document that you have submitted when assigned to the role of a User or approved when assigned to the role of a Pre-Pay Auditor.
 - Click 
corresponding to the document for reviewing the signed receipt
							image. You can also click 
corresponding to a document for downloading the signed receipt
							in the PDF format that includes the detailed summary of the receipt 
 - From Manage Receipts tab
- Click Manage Receipts on the My Documents tab.
 - Search and review the Expense Report document that you have submitted
							when assigned to the role of a User or approved when assigned to the
							role of a Pre-Pay Auditor.
- Click the Search My
										Receipts tab to search and review the Expense
									Report document that you have submitted. 
OR
 - Click the Admin tab to search and review the Expense Reports document that you have approved.
 
 - Click the Search My
										Receipts tab to search and review the Expense
									Report document that you have submitted. 
 - Click 
corresponding to a document for reviewing the signed receipt
							image. You can also click 
corresponding to a document for downloading the signed receipt
							in the PDF format that includes the detailed summary of the
							receipt.
