KPIs or reports

These KPIs and reports are displayed on the Expense Analysis dashboard:

Number of Expense Reports
This KPI displays the number of expense reports generated for a selected period. The number of Distinct Document IDs by Allocation Date is displayed.
Expense Amount
This KPI displays the expense amount spent in a selected period. The sum of expense amount by Allocation Date is displayed.
Violations
This KPI displays the number of expense report violations in a selected period. The count of distinct Violation IDs by Submit Date is displayed.
Top 10 Expense Type
This report displays the top ten categories in which the expense amount is spent. The sum of the Expense Amount by Category is displayed.
Top 10 Cost Centers
This report displays the top ten cost centers at which the expense amount is spent. The sum of the Allocation Paid in Amount by Category and Cost Center is displayed.
Top 10 Spenders
This report displays the top ten expense report owners with the expense amount paid. The sum of the Paid Amount by Expense Report Owner is displayed.
Expense Trend
This report displays the Paid in Amount for a selected period. The sum of the Paid in Amount for the Year or Month is displayed.
All Vendor Spending
This report is used for analyzing the amount allocated for the vendors based on these criteria:
  • Missing: The vendor name is null
  • Top 10: Top ten vendors
  • Other: The vendor name is not null but not in top ten
The sum of the Allocated Amount by Vendor group is also displayed.
Top 10 Vendors
This report is used for analyzing the top ten vendors by the amount allocated. The sum of the Allocated Amount by Vendor Name is displayed.
