This is the report for Expense Violation:

Violation Details

The Violation Details report lists the policies violated, the amount involved in the violation, and the frequent violators at the document level.

The Violation Details dashboard helps you to identify:

• The vendor with maximum violations and the category of the violations
• The violation category with valid tracking number for audit
• The sum of the Paid Amount against the sum of the Approved Amount based on the violator

This information is displayed on the dashboard:

Column Name	Description
Tracking Number	The line item number
Line Item Date	The date on which the expense is incurred
Travel Category	The category of the travel
Vendor Name	The name of the vendor
Paid Amount	The amount reimbursed for the expense to the traveler
Approved Amount	The amount approved for the expense
Full Name	Violator’s full name
Country Name	Violator’s country name
Explanation	Description or explanation provided by the violator
Title	Violation name
Report Message	Message reported to the violator
