Personnel BOD
Employee records are created in GHR and synced with Expense Management. In GHR, personnel information is maintained for each employee. GHR is the System of Record (SOR) for the employees in this integration.
A SyncPersonnel BOD is used to update or insert the record in the Received Personnel data (tcbod2110m000) session. This record is also updated in the Employee (tccom0101m000) and People Data (bpmdm0601m000) session in the Common package.
Some master data must be manually synced between Expense Management and GHR,
because there is no sync BOD available. This data must be synced manually:
- Position (GHR) or Trade Group (Expense Management)
- Cost Center
- Work Schedule
- Title
Note: The manager of the employee
must be available as an employee in Expense Management to get consumed in Expense
Management.
