Configuring Financial code block validation rule in multi-tenant

You can configure Financial code block validation rule in multi-tenant:

Note: You must configure the cost center in sync with Cloudsuite Financials and Supply Management when using Projects for the validation at Cloudsuite Financials and Supply Management.
  1. Select Manage > Corporate Data > App Parameter in the SAT tool.
  2. Search for FinancialCodeBlock application parameter and configure these parameters:
    • FinancialCodeBlock.DefaultAccountingUnit
    • FinancialCodeBlock.AccountingEntity
    • FinancialCodeBlock.FinanceEnterpriseGroup
  3. Download the OAuth credentials configured in Ming.le > ION API > Authorized Apps > XM-CSF Backend Service.
  4. Configure these application parameter:
    • oauth.token_endpoint
    • oauth.user_name
    • oauth.password
    • oauth.client_id
    • oauth.client_secret
  5. Select Manage > Corporate Data > Business Rule in the SAT tool.
  6. Click Add and create the Financial Code Block Validation business rule with this information:
    • Template: Financial Code Block Validation
    • Parameters
    • HTTPS
    • Host Name
    • Post: 0
    • Tenant: CSFM1C07_TST
    • Path: FSM/fsm/soap/classes/GLTransactionInterfaceEdit/actions/Create
    • Additional Parameters: null
  7. Select Manage > Corporate Data > Set of Books – Expenseand create an Expense type.
Note: To validate the financial code block at Cloudsuite Financials and Supply Management the account must be set to required. So, you must configure the account manually.
