Validation rules

If any of the following rules are violated, then the transaction is rejected:

• Transaction must contain primary key field(s).
• Transaction must contain valid country external key.
• If present, transaction must contain valid state external key.
• If present, transaction must contain valid county external key.
• Transaction must contain valid active status.
